Ran a hose from external tank directly to injection pump and still wouldn’t build enough pressure to start. The injection pump has been replaced.This is part 2 of the 2015 Duramax LML where I replace the ECM and Reprogram it as well as do an Antitheft relearn and injector flow rates calibration.Sep 12, 2014 · Pull each injector return line one at a time and crank. If there is more then just a small spit coming from an injector, its returning too much. Unplug the fuel pressure regulator 2 (pressure control valve in left hand rail) electrical connector. Crank the engine for 15 seconds and verify there is a steady flow of fuel from the fitting on the rail. It shouldn't be there. Engine must spin to 140 RPM before it will fire. If those are the original batteries, I would be suprised if they are up to the task. Hard warm starts, crank time in excess of 3-4 seconds, is a sign of injector problems. ….
